Shipping & Delivery Policy
From our Destination to your Doorstep, We have got you covered !
Rerasa ships its products to almost all parts of India. Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered. All our products take 2 to 3 working days to ship from our warehouse. Delivery of all packages happens zone wise around the country and usually takes a maximum of 7 to 10 working days from shipping. Please note that shipping time cannot be guaranteed by us. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. Any order placed on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking link. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. All tracking details are shared to the email id provided at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping within India :
- FREE SHIPPING for orders equal to or above Rs.1999 (after the application of coupons or any other offer)
- Flat Standard Shipping charges will be added at Rs.100 during checkout for orders below Rs.1999
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be revised by Rerasa at any point without prior intimation. The new charges will reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Every once in a while, Rerasa brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that would enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
Shipping outside of India :
We currently only ship within India. If you would like to order from our store and you live outside of India, send us an email on contact@rerasa.in. We will be happy to speak to you and arrange for an international shipment via our courier partners - FedEx and DHL. Please note, customs and duties will have to be paid by the customer if required.

Tracking packages:
We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address. In case you do not receive mail from us within 48hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
