Cash on Delivery facility is free. However, once the order is dispatched, if the order is cancelled or not accepted by the customer, the applicable courier charges will be borne by the customer.

 

A non-refundable advance payment of Rs.200 is required for Partial COD orders. This amount will be adjusted against the total order value. If the customer refuses or does not accept the parcel at the time of delivery or the customer causes an RTO, the Rs.200 advance will not be refunded.

 

Cash on Delivery orders will be confirmed only if your PIN code is serviceable.

 

Only cash or UPI payments will be accepted at the time of delivery under the Partial COD payment method. Demand Drafts and cheques will not be accepted for COD orders. It is strictly a Cash or UPI payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.

 

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Partial Cash on Delivery service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 

By placing a Partial Cash on Delivery order, you are accepting the above terms pertaining to COD.
